We would like to inform you that the Council of Ministers has issued a Decree granting an extension to the deadline for submission of the Corporate Income Tax Return (T.D.4 form) for the tax year 2022 for companies that, as per Section 33(10) of the Income Tax Law (Ν118(I)/2002) as amended, have related party transactions and have an obligation to file a Summary Information Table (SIT).
