George holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) since 2015. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 2017. George has more than 10 years of experience as a tax professional and is responsible for handling all tax matters of various clients operating in financial services, telecommunication, real estate, insurance and intellectual property companies. He has been involved in tax restructurings and tax planning for several groups of companies and due diligence projects.

Fani Kaikiti is a Tax Manager in the Tax Department of the Company since 2019. Fani holds a BSc in Public and Business Administration and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). Fani has over 10 years of experience specializing in Cyprus and international taxation for corporate and private investors and multinational entities operating in a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, real estate and gaming.
